I know this wasn’t an easy job since it involved cleaning 100% wool carpets that had been damaged during a break in. I was very impressed by your extensive knowledge of how to care for and handle natural fibers as well as the fact that every stain (including latex paint, food stains, ink etc.) was meticulously cleaned and saved us from costly replacement. You have been a complete professional and a pleasure to work with both at this job and at our previous residences. I had Chris and his son clean my carpets in 2006 and was very impressed at how clean my carpets were. The next year however I decided to save $80 and have Coit do the job. Unfortunately, I was not pleased with Coit’s services. The cleaner was not professional and my carpets only stayed clean for a few weeks afterwards. I’d much rather pay more and get the job done right with Federal Way Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning.
