Chris runs an excellent business that not only provides clean carpets and furniture, it also is one that exhibits integrity and trustworthiness. We have often left a key with Chris and gone away for several days and come back to clean carpet and furniture.

I know this wasn’t an easy job since it involved cleaning 100% wool carpets that had been damaged during a break in. I was very impressed by your extensive knowledge of how to care for and handle natural fibers as well as the fact that every stain (including latex paint, food stains, ink etc.) was meticulously cleaned and saved us from costly replacement. I have a rental that I thought would have to have all the carpet replaced after some very bad tenants left. I still can’t believe how clean these carpets are after Federal Way Carpet came in and cleaned them. I have had rentals for years and this is the best carpet cleaning I have ever seen.
