In 2007, I contacted Federal Way Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning because they are a local family owned business. They are the only company I have had to clean my carpets and upholstery since that time.
Over the years, I’ve had the same service technician in my home and rental property. He always arrives as scheduled and calls before arriving. His knowledge of special fabric considerations and stain removal is impressive; pets, no problem.
