I know this wasn’t an easy job since it involved cleaning 100% wool carpets that had been damaged during a break in. I was very impressed by your extensive knowledge of how to care for and handle natural fibers as well as the fact that every stain (including latex paint, food stains, ink etc.) was meticulously cleaned and saved us from costly replacement.
