Thank you Chris,
The carpets look great compared to the last time when we used the dry system. Thank you for your quick and prompt availability and great service team. I will forward the invoice to accounting for payment.

Thank you, I will use this company again!!!
I’ve always have had two to three large dogs who run in and out of my house all day. Chris Wolfe and Federal Way Carpets have never ceased to amaze me by getting out every spot and stain on my carpets. I’ve trusted them to clean my carpets and upholstery for 25 years knowing they will be there when they say they will, come for an emergency cleaning, and provide advice on what to do for accidental spills.
I visited my parents the last weekend and I just wanted to thank you for the fine job your company did on cleaning my mom’s furniture and rugs. I hope I can talk my parents into doing this service more often for the sake of their furniture and rugs.
The 2 area rugs look great!! They look like new, except for the fringe. The fringe looks better than I thought it could and the pile looks awesome! I’m pleased that you were able to get it as clean as you did as I thought the whole rug was a goner!! Thanks again for the great job!
