Everyone was very nice and helpful from the time we called in for a quote to when the gentleman showed up to complete the job. I loved the fact that I was engaged throughout the process and showed right away when something wasn’t cleaning up at 100%. But everything looked and smelled wonderful – that’s with us owning 3 huge labs!  Thank you for bringing Spring into our home!

I know this wasn’t an easy job since it involved cleaning 100% wool carpets that had been damaged during a break in. I was very impressed by your extensive knowledge of how to care for and handle natural fibers as well as the fact that every stain (including latex paint, food stains, ink etc.) was meticulously cleaned and saved us from costly replacement. We have been using Federal Way Carpet Cleaning for over six years now. We recently showed a prospective a house we own which was soiled with fruit juice, soil, and dog stains. The new tenants wanted new carpet after what they saw. FWCUC has performed excellent jobs for me in the past and we did not want the cost of replacing the carpet. Long story short….FWCUC did an excellent job and the carpet looked great. We saved the expense of replacing the carpet and the new tenants are happy with clean and sanitized carpets.
