The 2 area rugs look great!! They look like new, except for the fringe. The fringe looks better than I thought it could and the pile looks awesome! I’m pleased that you were able to get it as clean as you did as I thought the whole rug was a goner!! Thanks again for the great job!

In 2007, I contacted Federal Way Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning because they are a local family owned business. They are the only company I have had to clean my carpets and upholstery since that time.
Over the years, I’ve had the same service technician in my home and rental property. He always arrives as scheduled and calls before arriving. His knowledge of special fabric considerations and stain removal is impressive; pets, no problem. When I phone, I am greeted by a cheerful person who already knows the square footage of my home and can accurately price the work that I want done. They are, without exception, always and genuinely personable. Their customer service is awesome.
In addition to cleaning, I have purchased carpet from them for a rental home, which they delivered and installed.
