In 2007, I contacted Federal Way Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning because they are a local family owned business. They are the only company I have had to clean my carpets and upholstery since that time.
Over the years, I’ve had the same service technician in my home and rental property. He always arrives as scheduled and calls before arriving. His knowledge of special fabric considerations and stain removal is impressive; pets, no problem. When I phone, I am greeted by a cheerful person who already knows the square footage of my home and can accurately price the work that I want done. They are, without exception, always and genuinely personable. Their customer service is awesome.
In addition to cleaning, I have purchased carpet from them for a rental home, which they delivered and installed. The quality and price of the carpet, like their cleaning service, was surprisingly better than I expected. Their attention to detail in product and service is unsurpassed. We have been using Federal Way Carpet Cleaning for over six years now. We recently showed a prospective a house we own which was soiled with fruit juice, soil, and dog stains. The new tenants wanted new carpet after what they saw. FWCUC has performed excellent jobs for me in the past and we did not want the cost of replacing the carpet. Long story short….FWCUC did an excellent job and the carpet looked great. We saved the expense of replacing the carpet and the new tenants are happy with clean and sanitized carpets.
I had Chris and his son clean my carpets in 2006 and was very impressed at how clean my carpets were. The next year however I decided to save $80 and have Coit do the job. Unfortunately, I was not pleased with Coit’s services. The cleaner was not professional and my carpets only stayed clean for a few weeks afterwards. I’d much rather pay more and get the job done right with Federal Way Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning.
